Chef Adam is a graduate of the Iowa Culinary Institute and recipient of the Marge-Anderson French Scholarship. This opportunity let Adam travel and work throughout France to learn their culture and cuisine. Upon return to the states, he worked in well-known kitchens such as Flying Mango in Beaverdale and Trostel’s Greenbriar in Johnston. Among others, Chef Adam won first place at The Dine Iowa Grand Tasting Gala in 2014 and won the local Chaine Des Rotissuers in 2015.
